About Laura Robinson

Laura is a policy, communications and project management professional by day, a chirpy volunteer by night and an avid traveller anywhere in-between. She is particularly passionate about developing projects that enable social change. Through a number of paid and voluntary roles, she has co-produced and launched a national guide to promote more person-centred approaches to care; developed a series of exhibitions and workshops to break down negative stereotypes and build skills and confidence; founded an association to address shared challenges and has taken part in the piloting and launch of a national initiative to promote community action. After growing up in Birmingham (United Kingdom) then spending three years making the most of East London life, she is now due to become a wannabe Swiss German, looking to take forward exciting new projects in the Zurich area.
