We welcome content contributors to our magazine. Our Content Submission Policy outlined below governs all content submitted to us.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions relation to submission of all Content (as defined below) and our distribution of such Content through our networks. It maybe amended from time to time.
Content includes: any written material, research material, photographs, basic or detailed ideas, storylines, literary material, musical material, audio, video and film works, titles and performances, submitted to EATT in any media or format from any jurisdiction.
By submitting your Content to EATT Magazine, a subsidiary of Wake Up On Earth ABN 70 209 655 102(EATT, we, us, which term includes our agents, subsidiaries, successors and assigns), you (the Contributor) accept the following in relation to your Content:

We reserve the right to reject your Content if not submitted in the correct formats.
No Confidential Relationship
You acknowledge that you are submitting your Content voluntarily, on an unsolicited basis, and not in confidence, and that no confidential relationship is intended or created between EATT by the submission of the your Content and EATT.
Publication of Your Content
Should EATT decide to publish your Content or create material/ an article containing your Content, you grant EATT a non exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and publish the Content in any formats or language across all EATT media channels, including without limitation the website, social media channels and any syndicated channels across mobile devices (EATT Media Channels) including for promotional purposes. We acknowledge you own all intellectual property rights in your Content, subject to the terms of this non-exclusive licence.
Because we receive many submissions unfortunately we are unable to return your Content once submitted to us. If we reject Content we may destroy the material at our discretion.
Warranties
You warrant your Content is original, is not defamatory of any person and does not breach the rights of any person or third party and you indemnify EATT, its agents, employees, volunteers and contractors from any liability resulting from the publication and reproduction of your Content.
You warrant if there is any material contained in your Content, which is not owned or created by you is or will be cleared for reproduction, use or publication on EATT Media Channels. EATT may request evidence of such clearance upon reasonable request. You agree to notify EATT immediately if there is any claim to any part of the Content submitted by you.
Release
You acknowledge that other persons (including EATT employees, contractors or contributors) may have submitted similar material to your Content or may in the future submit similar Content to your Content, and you release EATT (its employees, agents, volunteers or contractors or from any claims, actions or loss arising from the submission of your Content for reproduction, use or publication to EATT.
You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation or remuneration for your Content, unless otherwise agreed with EATT.
Notifications
We reserve the right not to publish your Content at our discretion, but will endeavour to notify you if we intend to publish your Content or material which incorporates your Content in anyway. EATT reserves the right to remove your Content from EATT Media Channels for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Credits
We will acknowledge you as a Contributor of any Content reproduced or published by us. Any casual or inadvertent failure to acknowledge you will not be a breach of this policy. We will take all reasonable steps to correct any errors made by EATT.
Disputes
Any disputes in relation to the submission, use or publication of your Content, you agree to resolve via mediation with EATT via the Australian Writers Guild. Each party will be responsible for its own costs in the resolution of such dispute. You expressly waive the right to seek any other relief at law or equity (including, without limitation, injunctive relief) with respect to the Content or this policy or agreement.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Victoria, Australia will apply to this policy, agreement and submission of any Content to EATT, and by submitting your Content to us you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
